Clearing browser data removes the local session information; it does not delete messages or photos already sent to the inbox. Starting a new chat does not erase earlier records.

External services and disclosure

Information is processed by people handling CLT inquiries and the hosting, storage, and communication services needed to operate the website and inbox. Some images load from Unsplash, which receives standard connection information when your browser loads them. External services have their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Retention and security

Messages and uploads remain in the service inbox after you close the chat. Retention depends on service needs, business records, backups, and legal obligations.
