If you enter a callback number before calling, the website sends that number and call-request details to the restricted CLT Call Analytics area in CactusDen so CLT can identify the website inquiry and return a missed call. Your browser may remember the callback number for your next CLT call. Your browser stores a conversation identifier, access token, name, and activity timestamp in local storage to resume your conversation. Clearing browser data removes the local session information; it does not delete messages or photos already sent to the inbox. Starting a new chat does not erase earlier records.

External services and disclosure

Information is processed by people handling CLT inquiries and the hosting, storage, and communication services needed to operate the website and inbox. Some images load from Unsplash, which receives standard connection information when your browser loads them. External services have their own privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Retention and security

Messages and uploads remain in the service inbox after you close the chat. Retention depends on service needs, business records, backups, and legal obligations.
