Materials, access, equipment condition, safety requirements, and scope changes can affect cost and timing. Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, and any workmanship warranty must be addressed in the applicable quote or service agreement. These website terms do not replace an agreed service contract.

Availability and safety

Advertised 24/7 availability means you may contact us for service; it does not guarantee immediate response, dispatch, or completion. Availability depends on location, workload, conditions, and the repair. Chat is not an emergency response service. For immediate danger, fire, or injury, call 911.

Website text and chat do not replace an on-site safety assessment. Tell us about known hazards, prior repairs, materials, and access restrictions relevant to your request.

Information and photos you submit
